This short course will enhance your knowledge of diversity and give you the necessary knowledge and skills to identify different types of discrimination and effectively manage various groups of people that potentially form part of any workplace. You will have the ability to develop tools to counteract ideologies of superiority, and the ability to sensitise a workforce in this area in order to facilitate the transformation process in the workplace.
