The scope of this programme focuses on ethics and the learner. Interpersonal skills include, but are not limited to, active listening, interpretation of answers and non-verbal communication, and empathy.

This programme is intended for Skills Development Facilitators, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Line Managers and people involved in Human Resource Management.

Course Outcomes

Explaining the concept of mentoring. Describing the characteristics of a good mentor. Explaining the importance of knowledge in mentoring. Applying the skills and techniques required of a mentor.
