This programme enables the delegate to set performance goals and measures; to formulate development plans; and to monitor and evaluate performance. This short course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to develop and implement appropriate performance management systems. 

The course will show you how to develop and align performance indicators with company objectives and develop appropriate strategies to identify improvement opportunities that will optimise the performance of a business.
