This skills programme will enable learners to solve operational problems in a familiar context in a manufacturing and/or assembly process and to enable learners to measure, improve and report on the productivity of an organisational unit and co-ordination of productivity reports and continuous improvement of productivity. 

This skills programme is intended for people who work in a manufacturing or engineering environment and who are responsible for maintaining vehicles and transportation of goods for a business.

Course Outcomes

Formulate and implement an action plan to improve productivity within an organisational unit. Co-ordinate the improvement of productivity within a functional unit. Solve operational problems in a manufacturing / assembly context.
