KVR Holdings adhere strict terms of payment on 30 days from date invoice.

Please note that payment will be withheld if: 

• Services level/requirements are in doubts, cannot be substantiated or is being investigated
• All supporting documents have not been submitted
• Products are defective and have not been replaced
• Invoices and statements have not reached KVR within the required time-frames

KVR holds the right to terminate any and all supplier agreements within 30 days.
