1. Client hosting: The client hosts learners for their practical workplace experience.
2. Full off-site hosting: KVR finds a host site on behalf of clients to host students for their practical work placement.
KVR oversees the administration and disbursement of learner stipend payments and ensures they receive payment for taking part in the learnership.
KVR training has vast experience implementing employed and unemployed learnership programmes and follows a structured and collaborative approach to ensure the training implementation runs smoothly and meets all SAQA and regulatory requirements.

Virtual class with a facilitator or completely self-paced learning through the KVR online platform.
Our hybrid learning solution offers a flexible option for learners to enrol in formal education programmes, while controlling where, when, and how they learn, along with the added option of being assessed.
This approach allows learners to attend training virtually via the KVR online platform and / or to engage in some face-to-face contact time in a classroom setting. KVR Training customises solutions to best meet the needs of our clients and learners.
KVR will assign a project manager to each programme, ensuring that we stay on track and engage with clients on each training programme we run. This bridges the communication gap between the facilitator, learners, clients and internal KVR operations. This will ensure that programmes run smoothly, and any problems are resolved quickly and effectively.
As part of KVR Training's solution implementation, we provide training to workplace coaches and mentors. These are individuals who either need to offer guidance, knowledge, and support to learners completing a learnership or skills program; or they may be responsible for developing individuals with less experience in a specific job or function.
